Royal Gardens

Another gorgeous space for entertaining here! These owners chose to enclose an un-air-conditioned, screened lanai to create the space of their dreams. The enclosed kitchen got blown wide open, and reconfigured to maximize efficiency and enjoyment. A separate nook was tacked on from this space to give the owners a sitting room for their master suite on one end of the addition, and a bar on the other. Can’t beat that!
