Robinson Renovation & Custom Homes, Inc. (RRCH) is a family business serving Alachua County, Florida and the surrounding areas since 1958. You’ll love coming to work here every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do:
- Payroll, including tax reporting and associated liabilities
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Human Resources
- Employee Benefits administration
- Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reconciliations and reporting
You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
- Work with job costing/construction financials
- Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Excel to a high level
- Assist and support the Vice President of Operations
We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:
- Bi-weekly Direct Deposit submission on time, every time
- Zero late fees on company credit accounts
- Timely submission of monthly financials to the Leadership Team
