On a daily basis:
a. Maintain regular and consistent contact with homeowner/client. Provide updates.
b. Schedule subcontractors
c. Check on all current jobs
d. Ensure quality control by checking on jobs, using Quality Checklists, etc.
e. Order material
f. Check on material ordered (confirm delivery, etc.)
g. Foresee schedule
h. Manage team members (accountability measure) and subcontractors
i. Assist with clean up of project
On a weekly basis:
a. Review project folder (scope of work, etc.)
b. Maintain job logs
c. Forecast schedule for the following week. Schedule subcontractors and vendors.
d. Verify future materials needed and set up for delivery.
e. Confirm subcontractors and vendors for the following week.
f. Attend Production Meetings
On an as-needed basis:
