Responsibilities:
• On-site project management and supervision of field labor and subcontractors.
• Order materials and schedule subcontractors.
• Expedite timely completion of work.
• Ensure jobsite safety and enforce jobsite rules.
• Maintain regular client contact for duration of projects.
• Read and interpret paperwork including all plans and specifications, change orders, etc.
• Understand the scope of work and bring questions, discrepancies and unusual conditions to the attention of the Production Manager.
• Participate in pre-construction conferences, jobsite inspections, building department inspections, and final inspections with the client.
• Maintain an organized field file.
• Purchasing and ordering materials except as specified by the Sales and Design Specialist and Production Manager.
• Perform carpentry, as required.
